Radio Program with Olivier Blanchard

August 26th, 2009  |  Published in Radio Program  |  1 Comment

Olivier Blanchard is known around the world as The Brand Builder. When I traveled to Exeter, England, I was warmly greeted by social media enthusiasts who promptly asked, “Do you know The Brand Builder?” Traveling to my hometown of Mobile, Alabama to help folks start a Social Media Club there, I expected a different reception. Didn’t happen. First thing folks asked, “Do you know The Brand Builder?”

The folks in Knoxville invited me to be the keynote speaker at their launch party for Social Media Club Knoxville. Gavin Baker, social media manager for Ruby Tuesdays, greeted me with the same question. Gavin was so enthusiastic about Olivier that I asked him to start over and let me record his testimonial on video. He did.

Olivier is well-known not because he’s good at self-promotion. What he’s good at is listening to people and then creating the content they need to satisfy their learning hunger and make progress towards their goals.

During our interview time together, Olivier shares his simple, yet ground-breaking model for social media return on investment (Twitter hashtag #smroi).

Olivier’s active on Twitter and is a robust content creator.
