Tom is well known throughout the branding world for his books, most recently, A Clear Eye for Branding and A Little Less Conversation. When he writes or speaks he gets to the heart of effective marketing—creating emotional, satisfying experience FOR others. He’s put into words my own philosophy of marketing: “Marketing is not about helping salespeople sell, and it’s not about helping customers buy. It’s about helping customers feel and achieve. It’s about supporting and guiding. Spend your time helping your customers meaningful connections around their passions.”
